About us

The New Terminal One at JFK International Airport is developing a new world-class international terminal that will reimagine the travel experience and create opportunities for local, minority and women-owned business enterprises and service-disabled veteran-owned businesses. The US$9 billion first phase is the single largest asset project financing in US history. The New Terminal One is privately financed by a consortium of labor, operating and financial partners: Ferrovial, JLC Infrastructure, Ullico and Carlyle.
