We are pleased to purchase Waterside and help move this long-stalled mixed use development forward, resulting in more housing and jobs for our community.  "The property comprises some 225 acres, including the Chantilly Crushed Stone quarry that would become a lake, currently entitled for more than 3 million square feet of mixed uses, including multifamily, age-restricted housing units, office, hotel, retail and civic space," writes the Washington Business Journal. From the foundation to the finishing touches, watch as we transform this site into a new warehouse. The building is 30,000 SQ FT. w/ 24 foot clear height, 14 loading docks, 1 loading ramp. *Conservation easements* are a strategy for protecting land, water, plants, and animals as well as preserving cultural and historic sites. They are a private legal agreement between a landowner and a land trust that permanently protects the land and its conservation values and remains with the property regardless of whether the land gets sold. We appreciate the constructive and positive discussions with Mayor Burk and several members of the Leesburg Town Council. Based on these, JK Land Holdings is formally proffering out data centers from our Westpark proposal--in keeping with our original intentions for that land.
