enrich is a private network that facilitates structured conversations with people doing your job at similar companies.
About us
As a senior leader, your responsibilities are nuanced and complex. It's no longer about "doing," but about people and strategy. Books, webinars and exec coaching lack the specificity and customization you need to navigate these challenges and accelerate your journey as a leader. enrich enables you to have real, deep conversations with people who've been in the seat before, so you don't make the same mistakes. Why enrich members stay: Access to a world-class community - Our members work at the world’s most innovative companies - Netflix, Asana, Hinge, Salesforce, Meta, Google, Reddit, Affirm, Plaid and more. Knowledge when you need it - A curated experience unlocks personalized, contextualized, timely advice for you from peers doing the same job you do. We tell you which conversations to attend and groups to sign up for that align to your role and goals. Deep, authentic connections - Members have met some of their closest peers and now friends through enrich. It’s a safe, open space for real, authentic personal and professional connections outside of who you see at work every day.

🚀 Looking for your next executive role? You’re not alone—and you shouldn’t be. That’s why we launched the Job Search Council, inspired by the book Never Search alone (link in comments). We currently have three active groups that meet weekly, providing structure and moral support as you navigate your job search. 💬 Jan Chong, VP Eng at Tally, shares: "The whole thing is a bit of structure and moral support as you look for a job." Ping me if you're interested. 😃 (Groups for execs only)

How to get Product & Eng to collaborate? We had a thoughtful conversation on this topic at enrich. Three great answers below 👇 "SCRUM methodology. The scrum team is the first team. Go back to SCRUM principles and you will have massive improvement in relationships between the different functions inside the SCRUM team." Steve Evans "Hold eng leads accountable for product outcomes and product leads accountable for engineering outcomes." Jan Chong "Increase personal relationships between the two areas. The lines of communication will increase and become stronger, helping with alignment. George Ferreira Curious what you think?
