We were honored to participate in the 13th Annual 'Swing Fore The Cure' Golf Tournament, supporting the Chordoma Foundation. Supporting efforts to find a cure for this rare form of cancer are near and dear to our hearts after our President, Nick Jones, lost a good friend to this cancer that affects the bones of the skull base and spine. Congratulations to Jack Grewe on 3 years at Jones Development! As a licensed salesperson in #Missouri and #Kansas, Jack assisted in the expansion of a thirty-unit restaurant development for a local developer after beginning his post-collegiate career in restaurant operations.   In addition to tenant representation, Jack led the leasing efforts on a portfolio of retail assets throughout the Midwest in excess of 3 million square feet. Jack brings his experience in #brokerage and knowledge of the #development processes to Jones as a Development Manager. Jack earned bachelor’s degrees in Finance and Marketing from The University of Kansas. Congrats on 17 years, Chris Jones! Chris has been instrumental at Jones Development and currently serves as the EVP of Investments. Advising clients on all aspects of real estate including: site selection and conception, contract negotiations, financing, construction management and facilitation of sales, Chris has expanded Jones’ development reach, which includes not only industrial developments, but also venture capital investments.  Chris earned a Masters of Entrepreneurial Real Estate from University of Missouri-Kansas City and a Bachelor of Science in Strategic Communications with an emphasis in Public Relations from The University of Kansas. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in both #Kansas and #Missouri. #congrats #thankyou #jonesdevelopment #realestate #investment

Congratulations on 11 years, Clay Vanice! Since 2003, Clay has been handling many successful real estate development projects across the country. In Q2, Jones Development closed on the sale of an approximate 76 acres of land in Wilmer, TX, which is just southeast of Dallas. Originally purchased in December 2022, the land was sold to QTS Data Centers. Based in Overland Park, KS, QTS is a provider of carrier-neutral data centers and colocation services within North America as well as the Netherlands.
