We are proud to be an Official Charity partner of the Eversource Hartford Marathon and Half Marathon. We welcome participants to join our team and use their marathon, half marathon, Team 26.2 relay or Charity 5K as a fundraiser for the Jordan Porco Foundation. Exciting news to share as #JPF was awarded a grant through @guilfordfoundation for #4WhatsNext and a college transition workshop! We are so appreciative and cannot wait to share the ways in which this grant supports programming for youth! The Guilford Foundation is #initforlife ❤️

Sophia Nocera is thrilled to join the Jordan Porco Foundation as a Programs Intern, bringing a passion for mental health advocacy and community outreach. At the University of Connecticut, she is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in both Psychological Sciences and Human Development and Family Sciences. She has demonstrated a commitment to making a positive impact in the lives of others through her time serving AmeriCorps, as a member of the community outreach program Jumpstart. Outside of the work setting she spends most of her time reading, attending yoga, trying new foods, and finding new places to travel! Welcome, Sophia! 💙
