Top 5 reasons I hate working at Jotform. 1) Seeing customers of ours all over the place. YouTube ads, while driving around town. Even the city where my son's baseball practice is. Filling out Jotforms for online waivers. Can't get away from Jotform on nights or weekends. 2) No customer calls. After they get setup, I rarely hear from them again. It's like our Customer Service team is doing amazing, and the software is doing what it's supposed to meaning our customers are happy. Only time I hear from them is when they need to add users. 🙁 3) Needing to constantly be up to date on Jotform's newest functionality. I swear that every week there's new features and functions that I need to learn. 4) Having to check my spelling constantly. "From Keith" sounds better than "Form Keith," although, JotKeith would be a cool nickname. 5) Colleagues that are better than me. Working with an amazing sales team humbles me often, requires me to refine my sales skills, and means I need to continually listen to others and push myself to be better.
