As we conclude our final session for 2024, we’re proud to invest in our team, ensuring they foster a safe and welcoming environment for every child. In a constantly evolving world, staying ahead is vital, and we’re dedicated to continuous improvement for our community’s children. Curious about our Family Childcare department? Another snippet of Chavella speaking on a panel at Utile about community engagement and our built environment. Every structure tells a story. At Consult Lela, we ensure that spaces are a reflection of the communities they serve ✨ Just as the Hector Pieterson Museum powerfully captures the story, spirit, and history of youth activism in South Africa, we prioritize the unique stories, spirits, and histories in the process of designing our built environments 🌍 #CommunityDesign #ArchitecturalStorytelling #CulturalIntegration #BuildingWithPurpose #InclusiveDesign

Building strong, lasting relationships is at the heart of what we do! Our team had the honor of attending the Dorchester Bay Economic Development Corporation’s 45th Anniversary Celebration, where we reconnected with incredible community leaders. Pictured: our Director of Small Business, Tia Jackson, alongside Nick Fernandez of DBEDC and Karen Bunch, a local entrepreneur. We’re dedicated to supporting and empowering the growth of CDCs in our communities.
