We are incredibly grateful to our passionate Spring ISD leaders and their amazing superintendent Lupita Hinojosa, Ed.D. for helping champion the #JACompanyProgram to SOAR in the District, deeply empowering student lives! As we expand our partnership this year, it is heartening to see the wonderful success that Carl Wunsche Sr. High School is enjoying since coming on board to pilot our re-imagined program in 2019. Our exceptional student leaders from Wunsche High School are having a momentous year, with a record number of students signing up for JA Company Program immersion. They have already begun selling at their local Food Truck Fridays and will be speaking soon to local elementary schools about entrepreneurship as part of our community service model. We are especially thankful to our lead volunteer Jim Nordhaus, SCORE Mentors Houston and our faculty leader Mike Buchanek for their support of our student leaders. Thank you Spring ISD and Wunsche High School for your overwhelming support! We are so proud of our thriving partnership! #EmpowermentThroughEntrepreneurship #JACompanyProgram #juniorachievement #jainmydna #BoundlessPossibilities

Imagine working as a consultant for companies like Truist and PwC in your senior year of high school. That’s exactly what the students at Austin High School are doing. Over the next few months, they’ll apply the collaboration, analytical thinking, and self-direction skills they’ve developed over the past three years to solve real business challenge for these two large organizations. A huge thanks to JA board chair Niloufar Molavi and our champion Kathleen Charley from PwC, and Jordan Smith and Karen Dixon from Truist and Truist Wealth for leading the kick-off meeting. And a big shoutout to our incredible volunteers for mentoring along the way. Here’s to a great journey ahead!
