Celebrating Matt’s Incredible Journey with JusticeWorks! Since February 2017, Matt has been an integral part of the JusticeWorks family. Over the past 7 years, his leadership, dedication, and passion have helped shape the organization into what it is today. Here are just a few highlights from Matt’s time with us: ✨ Transitioning JusticeWorks Florida from a nonprofit to a for-profit organization ✨ Expanding into 4 new JusticeWorks companies and states ✨ Growing revenue from $20 million to over $45 million ✨ Increasing our team from 489 staff members to over 650 Matt’s steady leadership has seen us through challenges like COVID. He has been a constant source of strength, embodying the spirit of “whatever it takes” that defines JusticeWorks. Beyond the numbers, Matt’s legacy lies in the countless families we’ve helped and the lives we’ve touched under his guidance. His stories of compassion and going above and beyond inspire us all.
