🌱Celebrating Excellence with the G.R.O.W. Nominee Program!🌱 At JusticeWorks YouthCare, we’re all about recognizing the dedication, hard work, and heart our team members bring to their roles every day. That's why we’re excited to spotlight the G.R.O.W. Nominee Program—a chance to celebrate colleagues who truly exemplify Great Rewards, Opportunities, and Winning. What is G.R.O.W.? G.R.O.W. stands for Great Rewards, Opportunities, Winning. It's our way of highlighting team members who go above and beyond, show exceptional dedication, and make a positive impact on their coworkers, clients, and communities. How Does It Work? If you have a colleague who you think deserves some well-earned recognition, it’s simple to nominate them! Just email us at GROW@justiceworksyouthcare.com with a quick note on why you feel they deserve to be honored. Share what makes them exceptional and how they contribute to our mission and values. Why Nominate? Acknowledging the efforts of others isn’t just about celebrating achievements—it also creates a supportive work environment, boosts morale, and reminds us all of the purpose behind our work. G.R.O.W. nominations are a way for each of us to uplift and recognize our teammates who inspire us daily. So don’t wait! Nominate someone today, and let’s keep growing together! 🌟 Here is the link to our website/blog: https://lnkd.in/egTj2fuF #WhateverItTakes #incentives #GROWnominee #thankyou #aboveandbeyond

Great start to the National Partnership for Juvenile Services (NPJS) symposium. Had a chance to hear from some really amazing people in the field, including Wayne Bear ,Licia Lentz, Ed.D ,Brett Peterson , Liz Ryan and Marcy Mistrett . I look forward to the next 2 days. I was lucky enough to lead a great discussion on challenges for community-based providers and setting a schedule of topics for the committee for 2025. I barely snuck into the "don't miss" event and listened to Jeffrey Ralph, Ed.D. and Ian Nutt present on Organizational Climate & Culture. Amazing week so far!

On October 10th, JusticeWorks YouthCare held its inaugural conference at the Hershey Lodge in Pennsylvania, marking 25 years of impactful service! This two-day event brought together leadership teams from across the country to celebrate our journey and lay the groundwork for the next chapter. From Dan Heit's inspiring welcome to the screening of our milestone film Perseverance, the atmosphere was charged with reflection, learning, and connection. Key sessions included best practices in service delivery and specialized training on secondary trauma, featuring insights from experts like Brooke Palmer. It was also a great opportunity for staff to strengthen relationships, many of whom met face-to-face for the first time! With nearly 508 years of collective leadership experience in the room, we’re excited to continue serving over 6,000 families daily across seven states. Here’s to our next chapter! #JusticeWorks #Leadership #Conference2024 #YouthCare #25YearsOfService

Our SWAN Permanency Specialists, LisaAnn Gruszewski and Allison Keeley, displays a matching board that highlights 11 SWAN children for whom they were providing child-specific recruitment (CSR) services. Each rainbow shares the profile and story of the children in need of finding permanency...their forever families.❤️ If you or someone you know are interested in adoption and/or would like more information on adoption, please visit our website: https://lnkd.in/e2ytGTkS or contact us. #foreverfamilies #SWAN #adoption #WhateverItTakes

JusticeWorks YouthCare is proud to support and partner with TLC Fore Reading PA (Berks County), an organization that creates positive, unique and fun opportunities for youth in our community to learn and grow. This weekend, TLC hosted their Fall Education Series at Duncan's Corn Maze, where youth and their families were provided with fun, food, music and celebrations. JusticeWorks will continue to participate in the upcoming TLC 'IMPACTMAS' Season, including their annual Toy Drive, Wrap Party, Santa Train Ride, and Brunch & Peace. Thank you, Tillman Sims and TLC Fore Reading PA, for all you do in our community and for the partnership with JusticeWorks and our youth and families as well! #WhateverItTakes #tlcforereading #TLC #cornmaze #communitysupport #education #toydrive #santatrainride #partnership

Since 2018, the Family Engagement Initiative (FEI) has worked to enhance meaningful family involvement in the child welfare system. JusticeWorks, in partnership with Lehigh County Child & Youth Services (CYS), plays a vital role in this initiative through Crisis and Rapid Response (CRR) Family Meetings. These meetings are designed to intervene in high-risk cases, often where placement in foster care is imminent without immediate support. Our CRR Meetings occur within hours of a referral, helping families identify natural supports and create a plan to avoid placement. In 2023, this partnership achieved remarkable outcomes: - 94% of meetings had more family members than professionals involved. - 96% of cases avoided foster care placement during the meeting. - At 30 days, 93% of children remained safely at home or with kinship support. We are proud of the collaboration with Lehigh County CYS and the Office of PA Courts, where our efforts continue to be recognized for their effectiveness. Thank you to everyone involved in making a real difference for the families we serve! #KeepingFamiliesTogether #JusticeWorks #FamilySupport #ChildWelfare #FEI
