About us

Matt “Nadeshot” Haag and energy drinks go way back. In fact, he’s had one every day since he was a teenager. It’s how he powered through everything from gaming tournaments to 4 AM drive thru shifts. But can after can led him to one conclusion: energy drinks weren’t cutting it. The flavors were meh at best. The energy wasn’t worth the crash later on. The ingredients were questionable. The message was all about aggro “hustling and grinding” instead of having a good time. Matt saw an opportunity to make a beverage with a better taste and better message that’s better for your body. Something built for the community, by the community, instead of by some giant corporation. So he followed the 100 Thieves mantra (Take What’s Not Given) and teamed up with longtime friend, collaborator, and beverage veteran Sam Keene. Matt, Sam, and a small but mighty crew at 100 Thieves got to it, carefully selecting hardworking ingredients and crafting new flavors and well-balanced formulas. Soon enough, the rejuvenation drink, Juvee, was born.

    In Juvee's first month on TikTok Shop we've reached the top 10% of ALL goods sold on the platform! 🚀 Here are four things that worked really well for us: 1. Highlight the Discount: take time to educate your audience on accessing discounts, especially since TikTok Shop is still relatively new. 2. Diversify Content Mix: We found varying content types, including product showcases, talking-head videos, and interactive responses to comments worked really well. Keep it engaging, informative and SHORT (<1min). 3. Collaborate with Creators/Affiliates: Partnering with creators and affiliates to create shoppable videos is a win-win. They earn a commission, and you expand your reach. 4. Cross-Platform Promotion: Don't limit your promotion efforts to TikTok alone. Utilize other digital channels to drive traffic through your TikTok Shop.     I'm excited to kickstart the week with another incredible moment in Juvee's journey - the creation of our limited edition Juvee can celebrating the upcoming release of the Prime Video & Amazon Studios series, Gen V, which brings the in-show Turbo Rush Energy to life! Despite my obvious excitement for the opportunity, I'll be honest - I wasn't entirely sure if we could pull it off. We had a mere two weeks to navigate artwork approvals, produce the can, gather ingredients, coordinate co-manufacturing, all while preparing for a country launch in Canada, unveiling a new flavor, and announcing a partnership - phew! The challenge was immense, but the true heroes are our great partners (Gopuff and Prime Video) and a stellar team ready to conquer it. Big kudos to the small internal team for their unwavering dedication to bringing Juvee Turbo Rush to life: Matthew Partida (QB), Noah Wenokur (designer), Kyle Simon (sourcing), and Adrian Rosales (marketing)! A personal thank you goes out to Tyler Stewart and our incredible partners at GoPuff for bringing this opportunity to us. Imani Thomas at Prime Video, thank you for believing in a small beverage brand's ability to rise to the occasion.     I started writing with the intention of celebrating Juvee's Canada launch yesterday, when this post took a sudden turn. As the day unfolded, something remarkable happened. Our sales on Amazon.ca, the channel through which we launched directly to consumers (DTC), began to surge. Climbing the ranks steadily, we found ourselves at the pinnacle – securing the top spot as the BEST-SELLING energy drink in the nation and an impressive #8 among all food items! And here's the twist: no, this wasn't achieved through hefty ad spend (we actually spent just $35 on Amazon ads). This was about executing the strategy we meticulously laid out a few weeks back. It was about making good on our promise to the Juvee community and bringing our product to them in a meaningful way. And you know what? They responded with incredible enthusiasm and support! The journey we're on is not just about launching products; it's about nurturing connections, building relationships, and fostering a sense of belonging. This unexpected feat is a testament to the power of community, the strength of our commitment, and the impact of a hungry team with a well-executed plan. #cpgindustry #beverageindustry #energydrinks
