Manuel began his Marriott International career as a room service waiter at the JW Marriott Mexico City, where he later grew into his first management position. Over the years, Manuel has held positions in Food & Beverage, HR training, and Operations. Prior to his current role, he acted as the Multi-Property General Manager for the Marriott Puerto Vallarta Resort & Spa and the Westin Puerto Vallarta Resort & Spa, where he led his teams to historical high revenue growth.
