Congratulations to K2’s road warrior Kristen Zvejnieks, CAPM, PMI-SP, who just ran the Chicago Marathon! Kristen, a Consultant in our Critical Path Controls Division, posted a personal best time, 3 hours and 8 minutes! It was Kristen’s 13th marathon, and her first time competing in the Chicago race. Her husband John Zvejnieks and their 2-year-old daughter Poppy were on hand to provide support and encouragement. It was Poppy’s 3rd marathon! Kudos again to Kristen on this awesome accomplishment! The event attracted a wide range of experts from seaports, maritime operators, and airlines, as well as past and present leadership from U.S. Customs and Border Protection. Aviation leaders and senior officials from the Transportation Security Administration (TSA), U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), and other regulators recently gathered in Arlington, Virginia for the Airports Council International - North America (ACI-NA) Security Technology Conference.
