The Care & Connect program brings mobile medical and dental clinics to uninsured individuals and communities of color throughout the Northwest.

We’re also honored to receive the PBJ’s Philanthropy Innovation Award for our partnership with Medical Teams International. This weekend, members of our Kaiser Permanente Northwest cancer team, plus friends and family, joined the American Cancer Society’s Making Strides Against Breast Cancer event in Portland to share support and resources about the lifesaving importance of regular breast cancer screenings. #BreastCancerAwarenessMonth

During #NationalDentalHygieneMonth, we thank and celebrate our Northwest hygienists for the important work they do to keep our communities’ smiles bright and healthy. “A number of our patients are very anxious at their dental visits. I get a lot of personal satisfaction when I can help make their visit a positive experience. Sometimes patients just need to be listened to. Dental health impacts every major body system. And access to dental hygiene services helps reduce risk of serious disease, and improves self-confidence by giving you a beautiful smile!
