About us

We help KanCare (Kansas Medicaid) members, applicants, and anyone else who have questions or concerns regarding their health care coverage, need help in applying for, or to understand and learn about their KanCare benefits and the value-added services provided by the three KanCare managed care organizations, as well as those who need guidance and information on the appeals, grievances and State Fair Hearing processes. One out of seven people deal with Medicaid in Kansas. It can be VERY complicated. We help those who have been frustrated and feel like no one is there to pick up the phone. Our office also provides trainings to providers across Kansas which include general information about KanCare programs and how to successfully fill out KanCare applications.
