National School Bus Safety Week is fast approaching, and we encourage our Kane County educators to join us in sharing the fundamentals of keeping our students and staff secure on the road! This evolving education program, scheduled October 21-25, is meant to highlight not only best practices when riding the bus, but also when at the bus stop, entering and exiting, and traffic laws when driving near busses. The Kane County ROE offers multiple bus driver trainings each month, and we take pride in playing a role in preparing drivers to safely serve our communities. Yesterday, West Aurora 129 staff also welcomed us to spend the afternoon at their Transportation Center to capture some content and see their routes in action.
