KE&G is strengthening its Apprenticeship Program with the addition of a hands-on heavy equipment field instructor! As our new Apprentice Development Coordinator, Justin Housler will play a key role in building heavy equipment competencies in the field while also leading classroom courses to enhance knowledge and skills across our workforce. He will work closely with Superintendents and Foremen to ensure project needs are met while giving apprentices valuable hands-on experience. In addition, we’re expanding our Apprenticeship Program and hiring more apprentices in both Tucson and Sierra Vista!
