Great conversations, valuable insights, and an opportunity to connect with our business community—on Friday, our Kem Krest team attended the Greater Elkhart Chamber Annual Meeting Luncheon. It was inspiring to hear from local leaders and policymakers, including our former colleague Rudy Yakym III, now serving as U.S. Representative for Indiana's 2nd Congressional District. Events like these remind us how collaboration and community drive success. A big thank you to the Greater Elkhart Chamber of Commerce for bringing everyone together to celebrate the achievements of 2024 and look ahead to what’s next! #Networking #Community #KemKrest #ElkhartChamber #StrongerTogether

At 19 years old, Adam Rodriguez thought he had his future mapped out—until an injury crushed his dream of becoming a professional baseball player. At 20, he took a job as a stockbroker, convinced he’d work, save money, and *then* chase his passion. But one moment changed everything. A speaker walked into his office, delivering a high-energy pitch. While everyone else focused on the presentation, Adam studied the faces in the crowd—none of them looked happy. None of them looked like who he wanted to become. At 21, he quit. No backup plan. No safety net. Just a gut feeling that he was meant for something different. Fast forward to today: **CSI: Miami, Criminal Minds, Magic Mike**, a thriving career in Hollywood, and a deep focus on investing in people who, like him, were once underestimated. In this episode of *Building Bridges*, Adam shares the real story—how unexpected moments shape our paths, why betting on the *right* relationships matters, and how he’s using his platform to open doors for others.
