As the year comes to a close, we're looking back on a few projects from each of our studios that we're so proud to share. Our Interior Merchandising team has traveled all over the U.S. this year installing models for some of the top home builders. Hillsborough: The Hillsborough model at Meadowbrook Regency in Utah is modern and inviting all at the same time. Wood paneling, unique built-ins and adorable kids' rooms are just some of the beautiful features. Washington: This vibrant model in the Sky Ranch Legacy community in Utah features double-volume ceilings in the main living space, and a rec room on the open second story, perfect for family living. A high-contrast color palette makes a big impact on this home. Harvard: Clean lines and warm neutrals make up the Harvard model at the Sky Ranch Enclave community in Utah. Our Luxury Residential team has had a banner year completing some extensive, award-winning projects. Mr. + Mrs. Blue Sky: This warm contemporary home started with an ultra-modern backdrop. With collected pieces, unique artwork, and custom accents make this a colorful, stand-out home. Roots: A family home with lush gardens and mature trees surrounding it, 'Roots' is a European-inspired dream. Arches, light woods and brass accents hold character and charm. Our Hospitality team has been busy growing their team and taking on bigger and better projects. We've got exciting hotels, golf clubs and amenities on the boards. The Canyons Clubhouse: Installed this fall in Castle Pines, CO, this clubhouse features club space, exercise facilities, and outdoor areas for residents. Hilton Fort Wayne: Located in Indiana, this hotel is undergoing an extensive renovation that consists of 246 guestrooms, guest corridors, and public spaces that evoke the spirit of a lively trading post, harkening back to Fort Wayne's founding roots. Northstar Lodge: This Hyatt Vacation Club is set in Lake Tahoe, CA. It is undergoing a renovation to unify three resort buildings using the power of narrative.
