We recently received complaints that there is a company registered under the name “Kinsley Roofing, LLC” that is falsely representing itself as being affiliated with Kinsley Construction. We have learned of accusations that this company has even taken deposits from potential customers and failed to perform the work agreed. We take these sorts of complaints very seriously. Kinsley Construction is committed to doing right by our people, right by our roots and right by you. Neither Kinsley Roofing, LLC, nor Nigel Correa, have ever been employed by, affiliated with, approved by, licensed by, endorsed by, or in any other way associated with Kinsley Construction, LLC or any of the other Kinsley family of companies. Kinsley Construction is working through all appropriate legal channels to stop “Kinsley Roofing, LLC” and its principal, Nigel Correa, from continuing to confuse and mislead the public. On behalf of Kinsley Construction, LLC and our family of companies, thank you for your continued trust in the Kinsley name and the quality of our work. If you believe that you may have been defrauded by Kinsley Roofing, LLC or Nigel Correa, you may want to contact the Pennsylvania Attorney General at (717) 787-3391 or your local police department.

Our Building team is renovating M&T Bank in Hummelstown, PA. So far, we’ve demolished work rooms, break rooms and the bank’s rear office space. Additionally, we installed new lighting, completed door framing and drywall, and finished rough-in plumbing for the new breakroom kitchen and janitor’s closet. In the coming weeks, we’ll remove and replace the bank’s teller line and adjust the soffit and bulkhead. We’ll also complete the flooring and ceilings for the lobby and front office spaces. Once these tasks are finished, we’ll add an exterior drive-up canopy soffit and paint the bank’s interior. This project is scheduled for completion in October.

Since June 2023, our Site team has made significant progress on the Greenfield North project in Lancaster, PA. This month, we completed curb and paving work for Lots #4 and #5, which are set to become warehouses. We've also installed underground basins in Lot #1, which will eventually house residential apartments. Additionally, we’ve added water and fire tanks in Lot #5. In the coming months, our crew will continue with curb work, paving, seeding and add topsoil to the area. Our efforts will extend into 2025, and we’re excited to keep the momentum going!

Last week, we were honored to attend the dedication of the Lloyd Clark Universal Access Trail at the Clark Nature Preserve in Pequea, PA. Our Ephrata Site team had the privilege of constructing this new trail, designed to provide access for community members with mobility concerns, including those using wheelchairs, walkers, strollers and other mobility devices. The event featured heartfelt remarks, light refreshments and a guided hike led by the Lancaster Conservancy. We’re proud to be part of a project that ensures everyone has the opportunity to explore the beautiful Susquehanna Riverlands. We hope everyone is able to enjoy the trail soon as it is now officially open! Funding for the construction of the Lloyd Clark Trail was provided by the PA Recreational Trails Program, the Federal Highway Administration and the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources(DCNR) Bureau of Recreation and Conservation. Additional funding came from the National Park Service and Clark Associates Charitable Foundation. For information about access directions, hiking maps and more, visit https://lnkd.in/gGNUq3_9.

When Jenna Duchek, human resources recruitment specialist, joined Kinsley Construction, she didn’t anticipate how quickly it would feel like a second home. After attending Penn State University, Jenna initially pursued a career in healthcare. Although she found fulfillment in helping others, she sensed greater opportunities awaited her. Jenna then transitioned to a staffing agency, where she helped people in blue-collar industries find employment. This role sparked her interest in construction and her passion for recruitment. After a few years, a friend told her about a career opportunity at Kinsley Construction. Intrigued by the chance to further utilize her skills in a fast-paced environment, Jenna applied and hasn’t looked back since. Her coworkers say her positive energy keeps them going. When Jenna isn’t working, she enjoys reading a good book or taking a spin class at the gym. She’s also a huge fan of reality TV and loves watching her favorite shows cuddled next to her dogs. “Kinsley Construction has allowed me to create my own path. I appreciate the encouragement I have received from everyone in achieving my goals.”
