KIPP KIPP Public Schools is a network of 270 public charter schools with nearly 10,000 educators and more than 160,000 students and alumni. You can learn more at www.kipp.org. KIPP JACKSONVILLE PUBLIC SCHOOLS KIPP Jacksonville Public Schools is part of the KIPP national network. Together with families and communities, we create joyful, academically excellent schools that prepare students with the skills and confidence to pursue the paths they choose – college, career, and beyond – so they can lead fulfilling lives and build a more just world. In the 2024-25 school year, the KIPP Jacksonville region will be comprised of four schools educating 3,000+ K-12 students in the North and Westsides of Jacksonville, Florida: KIPP Impact Academy: Kindergarten - 4th, 6th – 8th grade KIPP VOICE Academy: Kindergarten – 8th grade KIPP Bessie Coleman Academy: Kindergarten – 8th grade KIPP Bold City High School: 9th - 12th grade To support these schools, we will employ approximately 300 full-time staff members. We seek educators and colleagues who represent our core values of high expectations, growth mindset, commitment to team, trust, joy, and sustainability.   • 🚀 Exciting News from KIPP Jacksonville! 🚀 We are thrilled to announce the appointment of Ali Jaffery as our inaugural Chief Advancement Officer! 🎉 Ali brings a wealth of experience and a stellar track record to this new role. At Nemours Children’s Health in Jacksonville, he played a pivotal role in raising over $6 million in over two years and spearheaded a successful campaign to build a new cancer and blood disorders center. His impressive leadership as Executive Director of Philanthropy also saw the launch of a vibrant community fundraising event and the cultivation of a diverse network of partners. Dr. Melissa Fullmore, Executive Director at KIPP Jax, shared her enthusiasm: “Jaffery has had a distinguished career devoted to advancing causes and projects that create success for children, which aligns perfectly with what we strive to do at KIPP Jax. We’re proud to put this inaugural CAO role in the hands of someone who has dedicated his career to impactful work in nonprofits and education.” With extensive experience across Mississippi, Texas, Tennessee, and Florida, Ali has been a dynamic force in education reform throughout the Southeast.
