Congratulations to Dykemen Park Golf Course and the City of Logansport Parks & Recreation Department on the groundbreaking last week for their new golf clubhouse! This new 7,500 SF facility will provide updated facilities and gathering spaces for the golf course to host events, tournaments, and provide better services to patrons and visitors. Congratulations on the groundbreaking for the new 20,000 SF addition to the Kokomo Rescue Missions! The new two-story addition will feature a first floor engagement center with community rooms, classrooms, offices, and expand their existing kitchen and dining room. On the second floor, the expansion includes new dormitory space, with associated dayrooms, showers, restrooms, and other support spaces that will effectively double the available beds for the entire facility. Congratulations to Security Federal Savings Bank on the grand opening of their new West Carmel branch on US 421! This 10,000 SF building is designed as a complementary modern take on the Federal Style to immerse into Carmel’s established architectural style and US 421 zoning overlay. The main and third floors of this project were designed to include a full-service bank branch, community room and amenities spaces for both public and private use, and direct access to the rooftop patio for outside functions. Being located in a strategic position between Carmel and Zionsville will allow Security Federal to serve their growing customer base with their own offices in addition to potential leasing opportunities for future tenants on the second floor. #ribboncutting #grandopening #banking #savings #carmelindiana #zionsville #kjgarchitecture #kjgengineering

Congratulations to Ancon Construction on the grand opening of their new headquarters in Goshen, Indiana. Two vacant warehouses were joined together with a new conventional steel addition which helped transform the building into a vibrant new corporate office with numerous unique meeting and collaboration spaces.
