For over 25 years, Klinger has had the pleasure of working with the Norbertine Community. Our most recent project involved constructing four buildings, including 14 additional guest rooms that have tripled the capacity for visitors at their religious retreat. We also expanded the Guadalupe Commons building to include a spacious multipurpose room, classroom, restrooms, and storage areas. This project added 12,000 sf to the campus, which provides a serene space for quiet prayer and reflection within Albuquerque’s South Valley desert landscape.

When REDW set out to create an office space that would showcase the incredible views of the Sandia Mountains, they knew it needed to be more than just a standard renovation. They wanted a space that would wow clients and inspire their team every day. We started by carefully handling the demolition, making sure everything was set for the new design without causing disruptions. From there, our team dove into the carpentry work, focusing on every detail—from the structural work to the final touches. The goal was to make sure the space was not only functional but also beautiful. The result? A 24,000-square-foot office that now features executive offices with stunning mountain views, open cubicle areas, a welcoming reception, a spacious employee lounge, and plenty of conference and meeting rooms.
