Please welcome Brian Geringer P.G., Project Manager for KOMAN Government Solutions, LLC. Brian joins us in the Marlborough, MA office and will be managing EPA Brownfields and other federal contracts.   Brian brings over 22 years of experience in environmental consulting and is a registered Professional Geologist in New Hampshire. He has managed and conducted numerous site assessments and remediation projects across the Northeast, working with a range of contaminants, including chlorinated VOCs, petroleum hydrocarbons, PFAS, metals, and PAHs.   “His strong familiarity with CERCLA, TSCA, the MCP, and NHDES regulations, along with his experience reviewing environmental reports for EPA, makes him a valuable resource for our team and our clients.” -Mark Applebee, PMP, General Manager for KGS   In his free time, Brian enjoys skiing, hiking, golfing, and traveling.

IMAQ Resources, LLC, a KOMAN Holdings, LLC subsidiary, was honored to deliver on a contract award for the 2025 DoD Utilities Privatization Post Award Workshop. This year’s workshop was hosted by the Utility Management Branch of NAVFAC Headquarters and held from January 14th through the 16th, 2025 in Orlando, FL.   More than 350 attendees from the Navy, USMC, Army, Air Force, OSD, DLA, System Owners (SOs) and contractors gathered to engage leadership, participate in interactive working sessions, and gain a greater understanding of current and future UP challenges.   Special thanks to Ray Smalling, PE, LEED AP BDC, CEM, Program Manager, Utility Privatization, for entrusting the team of IMAQ and Salas-O’Brien to support a successful event. Joining us again this year, Patrick Giardina, Senior VP, Salas-O’Brien, did an amazing job as the Master of Ceremonies and leading the panel discussions.   “This annual event is evolving into a vital platform for UP professionals to share lessons-learned, capitalize on best practices, and open a network of communications that might otherwise not be readily available to the CORs, SOs, DLA and the Tri-Services (Army, Navy, Air Force). We are thankful for the opportunity to serve this amazing community and look forward to future Utilities Privatization engagements,” said IMAQ General Manager, Geoff Wheeler, MBA, PMP.
