In 2025 blijven we ons inzetten voor sociale impact en kansen voor nieuwkomers met een vluchtachtergrond. De laatste jaren verwelkomde de #ArcadisTalentAcademy maar liefst 62 kandidaten, waarvan 39 een contract kregen. Van architecten en data-analisten tot ontwerpers, engineers, projectplanners en experts in water, milieu, mobiliteit en gebouwen. We zijn trots op de diversiteit aan talent, ervaringen en perspectieven die zij meebrengen. We're proud to play a key role in SINES DC, set to become the largest and most sustainable data center campus in #Europe, with a total capacity of 1.2GW. As PMO, we’re leading the delivery of SIN01, a 14MW, 22,000 m² data center featuring a 60KV substation and a pioneering seawater cooling system. Despite challenges like labor shortages and evolving client needs, our team has implemented flexible and innovative solutions to keep the project on track for Q4 2024. Collaboration has been at the heart of our success.
