Kovacs, Whitney & Associates, Inc. (KWA) has been serving the Mid-Atlantic area community since 1984 providing engineering consulting services to a broad base of repeat government and private clients. These services have either been provided as a direct service to owner, as part of an architectural design team, or as part of a design build team. More than one third of KWA’s staff are Professional Engineers registered in most of the Mid-Atlantic States in addition to licensed LEED specialists and Commissioning Agents.
