She was one of the original employees to join KOVA, giving her the ability to understand and play a vital role in the operations of the company. One of her biggest strengths is building relationships and solving complex challenges by looking at many ways to solve them. Introducing Glenn Grunewald, a Senior Project Manager with over 17 years of experience in glazing, storefront and project management, including the last 1-1/2 with Kova’s team. Born in Atlanta Georgia, Glenn is involved with several of Kova’s projects helping our project management staff as well as the entire project teams including owners and contractors, helping to provide and ensure the highest quality of products and workmanship while reducing costs on a regular basis with his eye for value engineering opportunities. When Glenn is not working, he loves to spend his time with his family at his favorite beaches, lakes and ocean or traveling back to Maryland and Virginia to visit his more of his family and friends while devouring the local favorite crab. Glenn is definitely a great team member and loves to collaborate and problem solve while always keeping his eyes forward and anticipating future opportunities to apply his abilities and knowledge to help all he comes in contact with. #KOVA #GoBuild #employeeappreciation

Blake Keinanen, KOVA’s VP of Operations, he works closely with all the project management teams, customers, and keeps the operations of our business operating at the highest level. Born in Southampton, UK and attended college in Northington, UK Blake moved to the Phoenix area in 2013 and was lucky enough to find a yearlong internship before he started down his career path which includes over 13 years of experience in the Project Executive and Construction Director fields and with many different types of structures from renewable energy to hospitality and multifamily before becoming a VP at KOVA. He still enjoys travel back to the United Kingdom where he still has several members of his family, his true passion is spending time in Hawaii with his wonderful wife soaking up the sun and relaxing on the soft white sandy beaches. #employeeappreciation #employeespotlight #GoBuild #kova

Introducing a truly outstanding employee and asset, Teagan Owen, KOVA's Operations Analyst has been with KOVA for just over a year. Working closely with the entire KOVA team, she was involved with many aspects of our business operations and systems including, managing our CRM software, revenue tracking, project management program and operations as well as data migration and due to her wide band width, provided with project management financials. The only thing that was more impressive than her contributions to KOVA was the enthusiasm she brings every day. Born and raised in Manhattan Beach, a place she truly loves, where her favorite activities are hanging out with her family and her dog, Loui on the beach cooking out and dancing to her favorite tunes while dreaming about spending more time in the Caribbean. Teagan is still in college pursuing her BS degree in Business Administration focusing on the real estate industry. Though we hope to have her back again soon, sadly, we will be missing her when she returns to her studies and fulfills her professional and life’s dreams. She has truly dedicated herself to KOVA and made quite an impact on our success. Knowing her tenacity and brilliance, most of see ourselves working for her someday. 

Meet Tyler Bisbee, Procurement Manager, brings eight years of glass and glazing experience. When he isn’t out serving his community as a volunteer fireman in Galena, MD or hanging out in Key West, Tyler uses his vast knowledge of procurement systems, operations, and fabrication processes. With this talent he is involved with our manufacturing partners and ensures that Kova’s products meet the strict company quality standards, and every component is delivered to each project on time and as per the project schedules. His contracting and negotiating skills help to keep our prices competitive while creating the best value for our customers and end users.
