KPM Franklin is proud to announce the completion of the Osceola County School District Knightsbridge K-8 School. KPM Franklin provided civil engineering and landscape architecture design for this 61-acre site located in Kissimmee, Fla. Our engineers designed a master drainage system with four ponds, lift station, bus and car loops, staff and visitor parking lots, bike rack enclosure, pedestrian walkways and athletic facilities. The site features were designed to avoid impacts to several on-site wetlands. With help from environmentalists at Austin Ecological, the site design maintains wetland hydroperiods and ensures continuation of flood protection and other ecological benefits. Final grading for the access road, drive aisles and parking lot is underway on the west site of the WMG Development, LLC retail center in Winter Garden, Fla. Construction wrapped up recently on the second phase of Midgard Self Storage in Kissimmee, Fla. KPM Franklin provided land surveying, civil engineering and landscape architecture design services for the first and second phases of this 2.49-acre retail project in Osceola County. Land surveying services included construction layout and as-built surveys and sketch and legal descriptions.
