As Memorial Day approaches, it is important for us to take a moment to honor and remember the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our country. This Memorial Day, let us reflect on the freedoms we enjoy today, which have been secured through the selfless dedication and sacrifice of our military members. It is because of their courage and unwavering commitment that we are able to live in a country where we can pursue our dreams and aspirations. We encourage everyone to take this time to pay tribute to our fallen heroes, whether it be through participating in a local memorial service, spending time with loved ones, or simply taking a moment of silence to reflect. Let us also extend our gratitude to the veterans and active-duty service members in our midst, whose service and sacrifice continue to inspire us every day. Wishing everyone a safe and meaningful Memorial Day.

Bring Your Child To Work Day 2024 This week, KSE had the pleasure in participating in Bring Your Child To Work Day! Kids were treated to a delicious breakfast before receiving a tour of our headquarters and our essential departments, which would be key to easily navigating the scavenger hunt that followed. The kids had to use what they learned to find vital tools used in the industry every day, like hard hats for field employees and calculators for accountants. Following the hunt, we set them free to create works of art and amazing structures with building games meant to unleash their imagination (and possibly unlock an interest in a future career in engineering). Near the end of the event, kids unwound with various recreational games and lots of pizza. Judging from their faces, we think they had a great time! We want to thank the parents for bringing them along and we hope they return year after year!
