👩🌾KS Partners' Day in the Dirt🥕 On Friday, September 6th, our team was fortunate enough to spend the day volunteering with Mill City Grows, a nonprofit in Lowell, MA. We had the opportunity to tour the "Big Farm" and learn more about their work in the community, growing fresh food for their Mobile Market, providing educational classes, and supporting local emergency food providers. After our tour, the KS team worked together to pull weeds, clear grow space, and spread tarps to protect the crops from colder weather. Thank you to our team members for your enthusiasm! Your hard work has truly made a difference for the Merrimack Valley! We would also like to thank Mill City Grows for having us and Building Impact for their help in organizing the project.

Innovative Design Meets Engineering Challenges- The 293 Boston Post Road Spec Lab project is a testament to adaptive reuse, converting a traditional suburban office building suite into an innovative laboratory space. Located on the second floor of a five-story building, this project presented unique challenges in providing the necessary mechanical infrastructure. The design strategically placed lab spaces along the windows, creating a bright and inspiring work environment, while large windows along the corridor allow views into the labs and beyond to the panoramic outside view.
