Innovative Design Meets Engineering Challenges- The 293 Boston Post Road Spec Lab project is a testament to adaptive reuse, converting a traditional suburban office building suite into an innovative laboratory space. Located on the second floor of a five-story building, this project presented unique challenges in providing the necessary mechanical infrastructure. The design strategically placed lab spaces along the windows, creating a bright and inspiring work environment, while large windows along the corridor allow views into the labs and beyond to the panoramic outside view.
