AC & JC Foundation's new space features an artful library that seamlessly transitions into the nonprofit’s primary boardroom with the use of foldable, acoustic glass partitions. An epic transformation for our friends at Felicity House NY! We partnered with the non-profit in the relocation and build-out of its new corporate office and community center located in the #flatirondistrict. The project required the renovation of a former parking garage, incorporating modern installations, while restoring the building’s original floor-to-ceiling-windows, steel beams, and columns.
