Crew Factory, Apricot Lane Boutique, Gambhir Medspa, Primo Hoagies, and Dirty Dough Cookies. The Shops at Valley Square is a 300,000 sq. ft., class A, mixed-use, Lifestyle center located at Easton Rd and Street Rd in Warrington. The center is located in an affluent trade area with an average Household Income of $131,000 within a 3 mile radius, with traffic counts greater than 32,000 cars per day. Other Tenants that occupy space within the Shops at Valley Square are Ulta Beauty, Bath & Body Works, Banana Republic, Panera Bread, P.F. Chang’s, Chico’s, White House/Black Market, DSW Shoe Warehouse, Loft, J. Jill, Jos. The Promenade at Casa Grande is an 800,000 sq. ft.
