During the ULS Ball Challenge, students could throw a golf ball and a table tennis ball to see which ball would go farther. They could make predictions based on how heavy or light the ball was and then measured the distance the ball(s) were thrown. #WorkWorthDoing

Everything Apples! Students in Haley McMullen's classroom did a variety of things while learning about apples. Students did apple stamps, and What's in the box, where they had to feel the different parts of an apple and guess what it was. Lastly, what would an apple lesson be without homemade applesauce? Students cooked apples in the crockpot and then smashed them to make their applesauce and added cinnamon too. 🍏🍎 #WorkWorthDoing

Mrs. Bard’s class enjoyed an educational trip to the Solanco fair. Days before the field trip, students learned about different farm animals. They learned about the life cycle of pumpkins and apples. At the fair students experienced different farms animals and the care they need. They got to see different fruits and vegetables. The students had a good time. 🐄🥕🍎#WorkWorthDoing
