Langfields Group are delighted to announce the acquisition of high-end stainless steel fabrication and component manufacturer, Premium Fabrication (PremFab). Rochdale-based PremFab supplies fabrications to the Pharmaceutical, F&B, Petrochemical and Nuclear industries in line with the Langfields growth objectives. World Menopause Day 2024 - Yesterday, we recognised an important chapter in women's health: menopause.   Menopausal women are the fastest-growing segment of the workforce, yet with 60% of menopausal women experiencing negative effects on their work and 42% contemplating leaving the workplace, menopause is taking a toll on women's careers.   At Langfields, we are proud to introduce our new Menopause Policy, designed to support our colleagues through this significant life stage. By fostering an inclusive workplace, we aim to ensure that everyone feels empowered to seek information, share experiences, and access appropriate care.   Together, let’s break the stigma, promote understanding, and prioritise health and well-being for all.

An exciting day at our Dunfermline facility today where four new apprentices are beginning their journeys in the industry. Adam, Alfie, Andrew and Kori have been undertaking inductions and are raring to get going. Investing in the next generation is a key value here at Langfields. The apprentices are looking forward to working alongside some of the best in the industry, gaining invaluable experience that will help as they progress in their careers.

TANICS is on tour!
