Through our Together for a Healthier Life program, participants receive free health, exercise, and nutrition classes, FitBits to monitor their progress, and a supportive community that promotes a healthy lifestyle. Collaborating with the Atlanta Community Food Bank at their Kaiser Permanente Learning Kitchen for our Juntos Por Una Vida Saludable program!   To kick off National Diabetes Prevention Month, members of the LAA’s program gathered at the Learning Kitchen to cook a healthy Friendsgiving meal in preparation for the holidays.
