Congratulations to Grace Puma Whiteford on her appointment to the Board of Directors at #Fortune26 Phillips 66 (NYSE: PSX). Grace currently serves on the boards of Target (NYSE:TGT) and Organon. (NYSE:OGN) and previously served on the board of Williams-Sonoma, Inc. She retired in 2022 as executive vice president and chief operations officer at PepsiCo where she led global operations, global procurement, employee health and safety, global security, and holistic cost management. Prior to that, she held numerous executive leadership roles, including senior vice president, chief supply officer and senior vice president, global chief procurement officer. #ICYMI Unlocking the Potential of Latino Leadership in Colorado   Despite the significant economic contributions Latinos make to Colorado’s economy—an estimated $48 billion annually—their representation in corporate boardrooms is far from proportional. The recently released The Colorado Boards: Latino Inclusion Summary report detailed Latinos hold only 4% of board seats across the state's largest publicly traded companies. Even more startling, 76.4% of Fortune 1000 companies in Colorado have no Latino representation at all. Studies have repeatedly shown that companies with diverse boards outperform those without in areas such as financial returns, decision-making, and innovation. Likewise, Colorado businesses have an opportunity to include valuable Latino perspectives that could drive growth and strengthen their competitive edge.
