Great to have Zach Kennedy, MBA join the team! He is proably tired of me telling this story. I first met Zach in 2014/2015 when he was with the 82nd Airborne Division and I was commanding 1st Battalion, 3d U.S. Infantry Regiment (The Old Guard). The Old Guard (TOG) was running the Expert Infantryman's Badge testing and the final event is a 12-mile foot march for time. Well, I've got a slightly competitive edge at times and Zach was the only soldier to beat me, which led me to of course wanting him on my team at TOG. Needless to say, Zach joined my battalion about a year later and I've always been impressed with him as a true professional. Beyond excited that we get to work together again in his role on the LDR Leadership Strategic Advisory Board to help us with our continued growth!
