Our Recruitment Committee plays a critical role in ensuring the Signature Program class represents the best and brightest in regional leadership. Thank you all for all the hard work!!
Co-Founder of Social Driver, Chairman of National Digital Roundtable, Host of Chief Influencer Podcast
The Recruitment Committee of Leadership Greater Washington is full of hard-working and dedicated leaders from across the region focused on growing our community of “great minds for a greater purpose.” We got together this week to celebrate beating our recruitment committee goal last year and to plan for what’s to come. Co-chairing this committee alongside my friend Monica Schmude has taught me a lot about bold leadership and a growth mindset - I learn so much every time I spend time with Monica and observe her in action. Of course, we would be lost without the amazing LGW staff - thank you Douglas Duncan and Dani Brockert, CNP. Last year we had a great supporter in Anthony Bethea and this year we are thrilled to welcome Carlos McKnight to the team. The Class of 2026 applications open early next year and I know it will be an incredible group!
