About us

The LeadHERship Club – Empowering Women in Business was born from an idea of a group of Alumni: Eugenia Famiglietti, Laura Rosati, Anna Sala Zhitnikova, Ester Riva, Rossana Pasini, Chiara Rossetti and Luca Polzot. Its objective is to empower female leadership and to incentivize women to enhance and promote themselves professionally by being part of a solid gender inclusive Community, aiming at helping them to overcome the so-called glass ceiling, which is still being faced by many. The Club brings to life a series of projects and activities which focus on success stories and testimonials as a source of inspiration for Club members. The Club welcomes the entire POLIMI Graduate School of Management Community: students, Alumnae and Alumni, academics, men and women, who are interested in triggering a factual cultural change that will lead to the development of a more inclusive society, help reduce the gender gap, and promote equal leadership professional opportunities. More in general, the Club welcomes all individuals, willing to add value to the Club members lives and work places.
