When we say we believe in Learning and Development, we mean it! This week, 20 impressive Directors, VP’s and SVP’s joined us for an energizing and educational 2 days of learning in New Leader Orientation which included: 1) Hearing key messaging and company updates from our CEO and his team 2) Networking and making great connections with their colleagues from numerous business groups 3) Understanding who we are and how we do business through our Cultural Blueprint 4) Having a bit of fun! This program was developed and led by our incredible L& D Manager, Jamie Arias. and supported by her fellow L & D team including Tony Sandonato, VP; Lisbeny Duran, Manager; Danny Boedeker, Manager and yours truly. It couldn’t be more fulfilling to work with such an impressive team and get to support our leaders as they begin in their newer roles within our organization.
