I feel blessed to be part of leap and this amazing network of people. I launched my business in financial planning this January and found a happy place. Now I have decided to help people who are looking to earn extra income or add a business to their portfolio career to launch the same business. I will help them and show them the path to becoming their own boss. There is huge demand because 90% of middle-class people do not hire costly financial advisors and struggle financially due to ignorance about financial products and services that are available in the US market. Healthcare expenditure, inflation and market crash eat up the majority of retirement funds. My superhero is wonder women, I envision her rescuing people from financial struggles and guiding them towards financial freedom. This 74 yrs old from California is so happy to improve his retirement situation and is ready to help others. It gives me immense pleasure and satisfaction.

Announcing!! I’ve accepted the "All IN" challenge from Leap Academy and the International LEAP Network! The goal: to curate SMARTe goals that are Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound, all while welcoming the emotions that come with achieving them. 💪✨ The first emotion that comes to mind when hitting that major milestone and goal for me? A happy cry! 🥲 There’s nothing quite like that euphoric feeling of accomplishment! Here’s my action plan: Setting Intentions: Creating reasonable goals to what I ultimately want to achieve. Drafting Small Steps: Break down the big goals into manageable tasks. Strategic Conversations: Engage in meaningful discussions through outreach messages, connecting with new people, virtual meetings, and even a few in-person meetups. Supporting Others: Continue helping fellow job seekers by sharing tips, prepping for interviews, and offering encouragement. Self-Care: Ensure I make time for activities I love to maintain a positive mindset and high energy. And who better to epitomize this journey than Wonder Woman herself? She’s unstoppable and a perfect reminder of the mantra I live by. This also brings to mind one of my favorite songs: “Unstoppable” by Sia. 🎶 To everyone on a similar journey, remember: Stay committed, stay positive, and let’s achieve our goals together! 🚀 P.S. I'm proud and excited to announce that I've completed the Leap Academy High-Impact Leadership Development Foundations program! It was an 8 week program with 6 modules, lots of useful session work and homework, a personal Coach, several other Leap Coaches who provided an incredible amount of material, talks, support, encouragement, advice, and humor (always humor!). Transforming Fear into Friendships! I am an outgoing individual, yet networking has always been my little Achilles' heel. Making new connections in a business setting was not within my comfort zone. Despite setting ambitious targets to initiate conversations with 3 new people each week, I often found myself faltering.
