This year, we will have THREE grant cycles, and the first one starts NOW! The PEAK grant application for Cycle 1 is currently open, but act quickly—the first application deadline for this cycle is September 15th. Check your email for the access code.

Today, at the New Teacher Academy, the Foundation awarded $100 teacher grants to 140 new teachers, totaling $14,000! These grants will help our amazing educators set up their new classrooms and provide the best learning environment for our students. GUESS WHO: Board Member Edition⁠ This dedicated Board Member graduated from CMSU (now UCM) in 1991 and has over 25 years of experience in the restaurant industry. She currently serves as a Sales Associate at Jostens. Her journey with the Foundation began after her oldest daughter received an #LSEF scholarship in 2020, inspiring her to support other students in experiencing the same joy and opportunity. Thanks to a PEAK Grant, students at Richardson Elementary are exploring real-world careers through imaginative play! From veterinarians to store owners and postal workers, they are developing new social skills and discovering exciting professions. #LSEF #LSR7 #ClassroomGrant
