Thank you Deb Haynes Swider for your amazing post. I hope anyone who is lucky enough to have a neurodivergent family member or friend, considers this opportunity to support Legacy Farms during this year's GiveChoose campaign. I will! https://lnkd.in/ee8x3ekY

I just finished an inspiring call with the Legacy Farms Virginia team discussing our GiveChoose marketing strategy for 2025. I'm honored to serve as a board member for Legacy Farms, and even more so to be trusted to help guide our communications efforts. What's GiveChoose? It's the largest day of giving in Loudoun County, and also Legacy Farms' annual giving event. Why do I serve on the Board of Legacy Farms? Because I love their mission, especially that they're forging new pathways in the lives of neurodivergent individuals as well as the ways we think about the contribution these individuals make to our world. It's a blueprint that can be replicated, and it WORKS. Why should you support Legacy Farms during GiveChoose Day? Because the work they're doing is changing lives, and the more support they get, the more lives they can change. And because eventually, this kind of mission will change the way the world considers neurodivergence, to recognize that the dreamers, the thinkers, the innovators are often those who are neurodivergent. We are stronger, we are more creative, we are more innovative when we bring neurodivergent voices to the table. GiveChoose day is March 25th. Early giving opens up March 11th. Whether you give $25, $250, or $2,500 (or more), I'd ask that you consider supporting Legacy Farms this GiveChoose Day, because they're an organization that truly makes an impact and your contribution will certainly help change lives. You can learn more at https://lnkd.in/ee8x3ekY. And mark your calendars to give starting March 11th! #Neurodivergence #NeurodivergentIndividuals #Nonprofit #Fundraising #GivingBack #MakeAnImpact #Philanthropy #Charity #CommunitySupport #InclusionMatters #DiversityAndInclusion #DifferentNotLess #NeurodivergentVoices #Empowerment #LoudounCounty #VirginiaNonprofits #SupportLocal #LoudounGives #CommunityMatters #Leadership #SocialImpact #Changemakers #MissionDriven #DoGood #GiveBack #TogetherWeCan #BeTheChange #SupportNonprofits
