Today, we kicked off celebrations for LSF's 70th anniversary. We held an employee lunch at our Altoona headquarters and started sharing shirts with our new anniversary logo. More shirts will be distributed at our upcoming Townhall events and individual worksites. We'll also be sharing more about LSF's accomplishments, history, team members, and future this summer. We're looking forward to celebrating this milestone together as a team. We hope everyone has a safe and happy Memorial Day weekend.

We are thrilled the new residents for Evergreen Heights are moving in and enjoying their new homes. LSF was the general contractor for this new, 40-unit apartment building for seniors.

Today, PMI began moving residents in at Evergreen Heights. This is a brand new, affordable housing community for adults 62 and older. Evergreen Heights is part of the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LHITC) Program. The first resident to move in shared her story with us and said that being able to live at Evergreen was an answer to her prayers. It was a humbling moment and a good reminder that the hard work, stress and long hours that go into a property lease up are well worth it. I am beyond grateful to my PMI team that never stop giving their all. Edited to add; Much Gratitude to everyone that worked hard to make this project happen!
