#1 woman I know who deserves all the good this life has to offer. Stacy Davies. Stacy and her late husband faced infertility and adopted two girls. She endured spousal emotional, verbal and sexual abuse. Her husband died by suicide and it was her responsibility to tell her daughters of his death. Less than a year after his death she was in a major vehicle accident caused by a drunk driver that she describes as easier healing than from the psychological trauma from her deceased husband. Stacy is brave, vulnerable, “real” and funny. Her suffering isn’t fair. But her choice to use it to make a difference in the lives of others who face their own suffering is inspiring.
