When your company has 6 core values and 13 culture points it’s normally difficult to pick just one as your favorite, but over this past month it’s been easy. ⭐️ PEOPLE FOCUSED ⭐️ The culture point of being people focused has been at the very top of my personal and business goals and has especially illuminated like a bright shining gold star as we celebrated 3 amazing women on our DFW Office Manager team over this past month. Bethany Colton, Lazarria W., and Karolyn Havener all joined LGI Homes in June of this year and have all now accomplished 100 days in the business which called for a day of celebration at each of their offices! During these day of celebrations, I asked Bethany, Lazarria, and Karolyn how their experience with LGI has been thus far. WOW - they shared some amazing feedback that filled my cup and heart with pure joy.
