Thank you to Cindy Mahan, founder and former CEO of Friendship Community Care, Inc. & former CEO of Friendship Community Care Foundation and former Lifelong Access employee, Sara Reeves for visiting with us and sharing information about the Arkansas PASSE program. PASSE is Provider-led Arkansas Shared Savings Entity Program is a Medicaid Managed Care program which operates under the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services and a State Plan Amendment. Cindy was instrumental in implementing Managed Care in Arkansas (with Sara's help!) and we are so grateful for their time and expertise as we learn about Managed Care!

As we wrap up National Disability Employment Awareness Month, we're excited to share updates about our Supported Employment Program and spotlight one of our dedicated job seekers! With our recent three-year CARF accreditation, we'll be able to help more individuals and support more families. Currently, SEP has a waiting list of 14 - the largest its been since we’ve moved into our new building! Thank you to our Supported Employment staff for all you do to help individuals reach greater independence, and to every company who has partnered with us, including Rivian, DoubleTree, Target, and more! -- ⭐JOB SEEKER SPOTLIGHT⭐ Meet Sarah! She is charismatic, funny, and highly involved in her community. Sarah has had experience in childcare, food handling and cleaning but is open to new experiences! She would prefer an inside, part-time position where she can work around 10-15 hours a week. If you are interested in learning more about Sarah and what she can bring to your company, please send us a message!

Thank you to everyone who contributed to this amazing night: our incredible sponsors, volunteers, everyone who prepared the delicious food, and of course, everyone who attended the event or supported from afar.
