Another exciting milestone for Limelight Hotels development! The HENSEL PHELPS team officially topped out Limelight Boulder, placing the final beam in place last month. A few members of our Aspen Hospitality made it out to celebrate! With construction progressing smoothly, we’re on track to welcome guests and the community in Fall 2025. We are well underway with construction on Limelight Mammoth Hotel & Residences after a memorable winter season in Mammoth Lakes, California. This spring we released the first five of fifteen private residences for sale, which were fully reserved within minutes of launching.
