The cranes at Opera Square are lit for Christmas, bringing festive light to the heart of the city! 🎄✨ It's been a busy and successful year for Limerick Twenty Thirty and John Sisk & Son Ltd. We have celebrated major milestones, including the completion of the 8,000m² basement structure earlier this year and the topping out of One Opera in October. As we come to the end of the year, we're proud of all we've achieved and excited for what's to come in 2025. Happy Christmas from all of us at Limerick Twenty Thirty! 🎄

Limerick Twenty Thirty and the Technological University of the Shannon (TUS) have signed a memorandum of understanding to develop the 10-acre Cleeves Riverside Quarter! This exciting new plan will bring up to 1,700 students, along with student accommodation and college lecture spaces, to the development. In total, the project will include around 500 accommodation units, with nearly half dedicated to student housing. The designs for the residential elements and public realm are already complete, and the addition of the university campus will further enhance the scheme. In 2025, we will submit the first of a two-phased planning application, which will include public realm, housing, and heritage works. Phase 2 will follow, featuring the LTT-TUS partnership. Today, I facilitated the Garda Public Speaking Programme at the Vault in the Gardens International Office on Henry St. in Limerick city. This was a one day workshop that was specifically tailored towards my Limerick city based colleagues in An Garda Siochana. The aim was to assist them in becoming more accomplished public speakers. Thank you to Superintendent Andrew Lacey for sponsoring this event. Thank you to Carolann Quinlan - EMCC Accredited and Sarah Hartigan from Gardens International for the wonderful venue and to Limerick Youth Service for supplying the refreshments. Thank you to Tom O'Keeffe also who was the co facilitator.
