Wow, we can’t believe that this October marks a year of Liminist helping over 30 executives through "Living a Prioritized Life" and other mental fitness programs! 🙌 🎉 "Living a Prioritized Life" uses scientifically-backed techniques to enable leaders effectively adapt to change, address burnout, and improve their overall wellbeing. These leaders learned how to better manage priorities effectively, mastered their stress, and unlocked their full potential, aligning their daily actions with their strategic career (and personal) objectives. Many of these leaders still meet with Teresa Caro, MBA, PCC weekly to continue exercising these mental fitness muscles!
